What does the AI health check show?
It brings together applications awaiting approval or review, outstanding policy acknowledgements, incomplete safeguards and assessments due for review. The monthly summary gives owners specific actions to follow up. It is a view of your recorded activity and review schedule, not an independent security audit.
How does pricing work?
Small team costs £39 per organisation per month for up to 25 people. Growing team costs £79 per organisation per month for up to 100 people. For more than 100 people, contact us for tailored pricing. All plans include the core workflow.
Who counts towards the team limit?
The limit counts people in your organisation, including administrators and team members who review and acknowledge policies.

AI Guardrail brings together AI risk assessment, an approved application register, policy creation, team acknowledgement and application hardening standards. These parts work together so your policy reflects your organisation and your implementation follows the agreed rules.
How is our AI policy created?
Your risk assessment, approved applications and questionnaire answers inform the policy draft. You can review and edit it before approving a version and making it available to your team.
What are hardening standards?
Hardening standards turn your approved policy into requirements for each approved application. They help you plan settings such as access, authentication and data handling, record implementation progress and keep supporting evidence.
How does this fit with our existing IT systems?
Record the applications and systems your business uses in the app and these can be factored into your risk assessment, AI policy and hardening standards.
Can we see who has acknowledged the policy?
Yes. You can see who has acknowledged an approved policy version and who is still awaiting acknowledgement. A new approved version requires a fresh acknowledgement.
